Ingredientes
  

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 2 celery stalk, chopped
  • ½ inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • ½ cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • ½ juice of lime optional
  • 1 handful of spinach (optional, for added nutrients)
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder

Instrucciones
 

  • Prepare Ingredients: Wash and chop the celery, pineapple, cucumber, and ginger. Peel the ginger.
  • Blend: Add all ingredients to a blender. If using, add spinach, lime juice, and matcha powder
  • Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until all ingredients are fully combined and the smoothie is smooth.
  • Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
