Servings 2 small servings
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 2 celery stalk, chopped
- ½ inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- ½ cucumber, peeled and chopped
- ½ juice of lime optional
- 1 handful of spinach (optional, for added nutrients)
- 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
Prepare Ingredients: Wash and chop the celery, pineapple, cucumber, and ginger. Peel the ginger.
Blend: Add all ingredients to a blender. If using, add spinach, lime juice, and matcha powder
Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until all ingredients are fully combined and the smoothie is smooth.
Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
