These bananas are soooooooo delicious! Very easy and quick to prepare, you can eat them alone as snacks with a little grated cheese or on their own. As a dessert with a guava sandwich or as a delicious companion to your favorite dishes. The truth is that they are so rich that no matter how you consume them, you will want more and more. Here at home the kids couldn’t stop eating when I served them as sides for a delicious bean and avocado soup. 😊
